Knockri, a developer of artificial intelligence video-based soft-skill assessment and talent mobility solutions, closed a seed round of $2.15 million led by Differential Ventures with participation from Bertelsmann Investments, Grand Ventures, and others.
Knockri is an AI video-based, soft-skill assessment platform, that helps reduce unconscious bias and shortlists the best fit job candidates to interview, during the early screening process of hiring.
The platform helps eliminate unsuccessful interviews, while identifying exceptional candidates and increasing candidate diversity by merging video intelligence, artificial intelligence, and science to quantify soft skills like confidence and empathy.
It is used by Fortune 500 customers in technology, consulting, and pharma to assess candidates, reduce hiring bias, and eliminate unsuccessful interviews, the company said.
Knockri has raised almost $2.5 million in seed funding to date. The company plans to use the latest funds to expand its business reach and further build its talent solutions.
