Muck Rack which helps organizations find the right journalists to pitch, report on media coverage and prove the value of their work, received $180 million in Series A funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity.

Muck Rack is self-funded and will remain founder-controlled.

It has enjoyed tremendous, profitable growth in recent years, with a 75% year-over-year sales increase in 2021 and over 300% from 2018 to 2021.

The Muck Rack PRM platform helps PR teams collaborate with journalists and content creators to generate media coverage. Companies use it to monitor, measure, and report coverage to prove PR’s influence on business outcomes and brand reputation. Journalists utilize Muck Rack’s free tools to exhibit their portfolios, evaluate news, and assess the effect of their pieces.

Gregory Galant, co-founder and CEO of Muck Rack, said: “This investment is an indicator of the strength of our business and Muck Rack’s bright future as we drive toward our mission to enable organizations to build trust, tell their stories and demonstrate the unique value of earned media.”...
