Analytics startup Stratifyd raises $10 million in Series B3 funding

Stratifyd – a customer experience analytics and insights platform – raised $10 million in a Series B3 funding round. Toronto-based high-growth investment firm Georgian led the round.

The analytics startup plans to use the fresh funds to accelerate its product roadmap, hire key personnel and expand its presence in emerging vertical markets.

Founded in 2015, Charlotte-based startup Stratifyd helps today’s businesses that lack the time and resources to uncover insights and drive value from the experience, operational, and behavioral data. Its platform serves startups and enterprises to improve experiences across channels, drive efficiencies, and increase employee and customer loyalty.

“In an age of high customer churn rates, it’s undeniable that improvements to the customer experience have a significant impact on business success; 84% of companies that focus on CX investments experience a corresponding increase in revenue,” said Eric Healy, Stratifyd’s Chief Executive Officer.

“Stratifyd best-in-class products and solutions provide data analytics and capabilities that drive improved customer experiences across myriad industries. I look forward to working with the Board and the entire Stratifyd team to accelerate our growth and overall impact in this market,”added Eric Healy.
