Docquity has raised $44 million in Series C funding led by returning investor Itochu Corporation. The Singapore-based company was founded in 2015 to connect doctors and other healthcare professionals. It partners with universities and senior medical practitioners to create learning tools for doctors.

The company’s platform also allows doctors to have follow-up consultations with their patients. The company recently launched in Taiwan, where more than 2,000 doctors have signed up.

About 50,000 doctors take courses on its platform every month, and it was one of the first to launch online lectures and symposiums when the epidemic erupted in 2020. It hosts 500 monthly seminars. Doctors can join private groups to discuss real-world cases and treatment plans....
