Cropin launches its cloud-based platform to digitize the agricultural industry

The startup has raised a total of $33 million in funding since its founding.

Cropin announced the launch of its Cropin Cloud, a cloud platform with integrated apps for agribusinesses.

The company claims to have built the world’s largest crop knowledge graph of more than 500 crops and 10,000 varieties.  It worked with more than 250 business-to-business customers and digitalized 26 million acres of farmland.

Cropin also gives information about the weather, how to take care of crops, pest and disease forecasts, and how to take care of nutrients, soil, and water.

The startup has raised a total of $33 million in funding since its founding.

Cropin, which has its main office in Bangalore, also has subsidiaries in the United States, Singapore, and the Netherlands. The startup generates $15 million to $25 million in recurring annual revenue. It is in the process of fundraising for its Series D round in the range of $50 million to $75 million in the next six months. ...
